From the Nuremberg trials onward, many former Nazis were tried and found responsible for extermination of Jews, Poles, Jehovah's Witnesses, and other groups. But has anyone ever been brought to justice specifically for the murders of thousands of homosexuals by the Third Reich?

While you wait, check this answer (from u/commiespaceinvader) about how the allies treated homosexual concentration camp survivors.

As an additional related question: Was there ever any separate unit that dealt specifically with homosexuals, or were they more broadly lumped in with the "degenerates". Like, was there ever any focus by an individual or administrative position, were there special areas or special rules for homosexuals or otherwise what we would today refer to as LGBT people?
