This picture is posted on the internet (reddit, pinterest, etc) as "Two Creole Women in New Orleans" usually dated as the 1920's. As a New Orleans native I don't think this is correct. Is it?

If you’re not sure about if they are creole, it’s worth noting that the word “creole” has vastly different definitions depending on time period and geography. I can explain more if that’s where you’re headed.
