There are some phenomenal questions with some of the most incredible answers occurring in this sub. And I’d pay for a compendium of these. Do the mods plan to create some form of collection or almanac of these? Be the digital or printed? (I’d by both but printed would be amazing, around in physical form for posterity).
What are the licenses of each post/reply?
Doesn't the FAQ on the sidebar sort of do what you are asking? Since it's a list of links instead of text there are no licensing concerns. There's even a summary of best of awards on the sidebar which may be even closer to what you were asking for.
Since this is a meta, I hope it's OK to chime in the top-level comment. If there is a plan for this, I'd really love it to be categorized per subject so it's much easier to read and have it somewhat open access with regards to the spirit of the community.
^^Totally ^^not ^^because ^^I'm ^^a ^^cheapskate ^^and ^^textbooks ^^are ^^expensive ^^already
You can get a weekly summary of interesting posts & answers, but that's about it. As the mod said, it's actually plagiarism to just copy them & spread them, so yeah.
This question has been asked here several times before, and the answer remains the same, which is that the moderators here do not have rights to republish content that's contributed by users. While we do enjoy the subreddit's reputation for accuracy, we would have a much higher standard for something that would be an actual printed work, unfortunately.
