Interview with a working historian (Both academic and professional)

by DKAverage

Hello everyone! I read the rules and I imagine this post is within the guidelines but if not my apologies. I am an aspiring historian and as such, I am currently undergoing a Masters in world history program at University. At the moment I am being asked to interview a historian. If you are a professor at a University or work as a historian professionally it would mean a lot if you could reach out to me or comment and let me know it is okay to reach out to you for the interview. The interview is eight questions based on your job and three questions about history as a subject. I would normally go out into the world to search for a historian to interview but with the current situation and the fact that I live in a country in which I do not fully understand the language yet it is not an option. If this is something you are interested in helping me with it would be greatly appreciated. I am in an intensive course so all my coursework is condensed, time-wise, so I would need some answers relatively soon so please consider this if you are willing to allow me to interview you. If you might interested but have additional questions please ask away and I'll answer them to the best of my ability. Thank you in advance for reading the post.

Side note: The best way for this interview would be by email so I could email the document with the questions. This would allow for any time or scheduling differences. However, it can be done in other ways when preferred.
