Interestingly - and perhaps uniquely - it could fall under all four of these categories, in that the sub is less than 20 years old (and therefore not 'history' by our rules); the answer is a basic fact (it's a yes/no question, so can't be answered in the depth required by our rules; it's a question about a situation that only exists hypothetically (we don't ever get complaints about moderation, what would give you that idea); and, finally, the value of the pun is somewhere between 'awful' and 'atrocious'.

You'll be happy to know that both my parents make the exact same joke all the time. So at least there's some poor souls out there chuckling about the same thing.
