Basically any treaty that discusses establishing better relations, friendship and cooperation, or peace. Or perhaps even an agreement to agree to meet and discuss an issue further. I would like to read these types of agreements and treaties.

I would suggest giving a look to the Avalon Project. It is a massive, digital repository that that includes numerous international treaties and other such agreements in its database, so should have a large number of which fit the criteria that you are looking for. The most (in)famous might be the Kellog-Briand Pact, but you'll fine plenty more beyond.
