Where there any Dutch soldiers during the evacation? It was pretty close to the dutch border.
While I can't speak to if there where any Dutch soldiers present the main Dutch army forces certainly where not.
The Dutch army was severely under strength when the invasion came on May 10th with only 20 battalions, and no real armor to speak of, in the face of the overwhelming modern German combined forces assault. That said the Dutch defense was unexpectedly strong with German paratroopers sent to capture The Hauge being overwhelmed and all three of their airfields being recaptured on the 11th.
On May 14 &15 the vast majority of Dutch army forces surrendered. This was largely as a result of shocking civilian casualties during the german air assault on Rotterdam which was prompted by the stubborn defense of the Dutch army garrison. The government and army command feared the destruction of Utrecht and Amsterdam if they continued to fight. The last Dutch army forces surrendered on the 19th in Zeeland which had held out a bit longer due to the presence of French Army forces whose retreat they covered.
With most of the Dunkirk action not taking place until between May 26th and June 4th all significant Dutch army forces would have already laid down arms two to three weeks beforehand.
It's worth noting that on the 14th of May almost the entirety of the Dutch navy made for England and continued the fight until victory 1945. Several Dutch ships participated in the evaluation at Dunkirk.
Notably present were 39 Dutch coasters which ferried thousands of troops from the beaches to larger warships offshore. Their flat bottoms allowed them to get very close to shore where they frequently came under air attacks and 7 of the 39 sent where in fact sunk.
