When would a general store in an 1860's small western town have been open?

For these sorts of small American western towns - ones with a saloon, livery, etc - what kind of hours would the general store have? Was it open basically all day, only for a short amount of time, or did it change depending on each individual store?

My apologies, but these questions are nearly impossible to answer. The West is the largest region of North America and it includes every imaginable climate and environment, and it attracted people of every international background possible.

The West included religious colonies, ethnic enclaves, mining towns (some with twenty-hour shifts), communities with industrial manufacturing, farming communities, fisheries, places that focused on transportation and/or commerce.

The situations could vary radically from place to place, and if you can imagine an answer to your question, I suspect we could find an example fitting that particular scenario.
