My grandparents are 10 years gone and when I found this picture in their house I don't think they were in a state tell me. My grandfather was ethnically Serbian, but I know his mother from near Mostar in Bosnia. Can anyone help me with this uniform? Thank you!

To clarify, I do not actually know anything about the person in the portrait. I wish I did. Multiple Balkan Wars and World Wars as well as a communist government have made researching my family history difficult. My grandfather was not keen on talking about it either.
