Obviously, one wouldn't be able to prescribe glasses, but what might a barber/doctor do for someone who can't see well? Was there an understanding of how poor sight occured in the eyes, aside from visible cataracts? How would daily tasks have to change to accommodate young people with poor sight (like myself)?
