I'm afraid we need some clarification here. What time is "its time"? Are you asking about the various times the various books were composed? Are you asking about when the Bible was codified? For which denomination? Are you asking about a particular translation?

There's a lot to take into account for a book that was composed over some 700-800ish years and compiled centuries after the last composition, and translated another 1000+ years after that.
