Would armies made up of long bowmen similar to the English army during the Hundred Years’ War have been effective against European armies in the late 18th to early 19th century?

So since this is basically the "could longbow beat musket?" debate, here's some previous posts on the matter. u/wilymaker compares the relative virtues of the two weapons, and u/PartyMoses looks at the same comparison. I also recommend u/hborrgg's post in that second thread.

But given the phrasing of the question? The late 1700s-early 1800s army. No contest. Why, you ask? Because people keep comparing musket to longbow and somehow, somehow, always forget...
