Almost certainly not, given the timeline (Isabella gave birth to the future Edward III in 1312, when she was still on reasonably good terms with Edward II; she is not generally connected with Roger Mortimer until at least a decade later) - however, as I wrote in response to Did Isabella the She Wolf have a child by Roger Mortimer?, there are decent reasons to be careful with interpreting their relationship in general.
