I'm not super picky about length or accessibility, just something that would prove a good comprehensive view of Europe in the 19th century.
I really enjoyed Richard Evans's The Pursuit of Power: Europe 1814-1914 as a good survey. It covers a lot of the different political, cultural, and social developments of the time period, and Evans takes a thematic approach to organizing chapters, which ties together and contextualize many of these developments much more effectively than a chronological one would.
