What did the average day of a pre-colonialism native American look like?

Did they labor all day to survive? Did they have free time? I don't know so i figured ill ask the historians

You will likely have a better time getting an answer the more specific you can be with your question: do you want to know about Native Americans on the East Coast of the modern US? The midwest? California? Arctic Circle? The Aztecs?
