I'd be curious to find out too. I suppose is much related to the new generations that want to promote healthiness in combination with chilliness without hangovers. All these new alternatives to classic social drinks are meant to disrupt the drinking industry as we know it, and it's about time we shift from getting completely smashed after a beer with friends, with being able to get home without banging our heads against tube walls...and never remembering how we got home.
