Was there a sizable amount of Hebrew Christians/Messianic Jews in Nazi Germany? Were they treated differently than other Jews by the Nazis?

No, there were not "Hebrew Christians" or "Messianic Jews" in Nazi Germany.

The contemporary movement of Christians self-identifying as "Jews for Jesus," "Messianic Jews," "Torah Observant Christians," "Hebrew Christians," etc. began well after the fall of the Third Reich in the 1970s as a proselytizing effort within certain Christian Churches.

It is important to note that no Jewish denomination or movement recognizes these groups as Jews and, instead, view them as Christian. Given that the theology of these groups is based in Christian teachings and Christian schools of thought, and many were founded by (and are still under the umbrella of) Christian churches with the express purpose of converting Jews to Christianity, this seems more than fair.
