The answer to your first question is: no, only two cultures are involved in the Bronze Age collapse, namely the Mycenaean palace culture (in modern Greece) and the Hittite empire (modern Turkey and Lebanon). /u/Bentresh and I wrote a more expanded explanation of this a month ago, here: there's always room for expanding on what we said, of course.
As a result, your question about China isn't related to the Bronze Age collapse. If you have questions about the archaeology of China at a particular date, I recommend posting a new question, in a reformulated and refocused version: because as phrased, your question looks likely to attract most attention from people with an interest in the eastern Mediterranean.
Was China affected causally? No. They probably weren't even aware of each other.
Was there a common confounder which had an impact on China? In the Mediterranean (and, possibly, Central and Eastern Europe) there certainly was a series of events which included (could be cause by) sudden climate changes, but all of it seems to have been local.
