How did the Chinese state endure since the dawn of civilization? What particular points?

Well, there's a slight problem with this thought: It didn't. There are certainly continuities in social structure, but there is no concept of iterations of a single, continuous state as you're thinking.

u/EnclavedMicrostate goes into the use of the term 'dynasty' and its uses, and transitions between states, particularly relevant here.
