Did any US fratricide incidents during the Gulf War involve US Marine Corps artillery?

Were there any US fratricide incidents in the Gulf War that involved USMC artillery?  I’ve looked at all the online sites and reports Google came up with but, of all the fratricide incidents in those sources, none of them seem to have been caused by Marine Corps artillery.

I ask because a friend of mine mentioned that he was involved in one when he was assigned to a Marine Reserve artillery unit deployed in theater. He didn't actually say what role he or his unit played in the incident, so I'm making an assumption it was his unit that fired the rounds, but I don't actually know. He was very down on Memorial Day and he carries a lot of guilt about it. I don’t want to press him for details but I would like to know a little so I have context when he does talk about it.  Sent from my iPhone

No there was not. There were several friendly fire incidents in the Gulf War but not from any artillery, Marine or other. The friendly fire incidents are all pretty well known and reported. They are also investigated and taken seriously. There would be records of this of any investigation and in after action reports from the units in contact.

Friendly fire happened mostly either from tank on tank or from Air on tank/armor.

You can find in this history of the 1st Marine Division's time in the Persian Gulf that they had zero friendly fire incidents. Pg. 95

The 2nd Marine Division's report on page 75 states that they had zero losses to friendly fire.

The 1st and 2nd Marine Divisions were the only Marines in the Gulf.
