The one I know is Indo-European Poetry and Myth by Martin L. West, Oxford University Press

The chapters are divided by the various gods, heroes, and motifs, with evidence from the different IE cultures and what can be reconstructed about them. The book also contains a short introduction to the material culture of the PIE as well as a section about poetry.
