These don't touch on the Americas. While there's always going to be room for improved answers about the Bronze Age collapse itself, there's nothing to be said about its connection to the Americas, because there is none. There was no trans-Atlantic commerce of any kind at that date.
And for a still more direct response to that kind of interest: the Bronze Age collapse refers to the fall of two specific cultures, the Mycenaean palace culture in Greece and the Hittite empire in Anatolia/Syria/Lebanon. It's a little bit of a push to talk about whether it had effects even in Egypt, let alone on the other side of the world.
