In what Royal Navy manual might I find this tactic called "Step-Aside" (1943)?

I am researching an anti-submarine tactic that was employed by escorts during World War 2. The name of the tactic is "Step-Aside". It was developed in September 1943 and communicated to ships via radio. It was designed to counter the German acoustic torpedo. I want to read an original description of this tactic, out of a manual or something. Where should I look?

While I've not read the manual myself, there is a description of the Step-Aside tactic in Malcolm Llewellyn-Jones' The Royal Navy and Anti-Submarine Warfare 1917-1949. He cites a manual entitled 'Conduct of Anti-U-Boat Operations – Part 2 – Detection and Action', also known as CB4097(2)(44). This was published in November 1944, with the relevant paragraphs being no. 380-31. I can't find a copy of it online, but it is held in the British National Archives - https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C2053742. Llewellyn-Jones cites a copy held by the American National Archives.
