Just to further- Revere's ride is in April 1775, and perhaps his place in history has been overstated by Longfellow's poem- but Revere was hired by Dr Warren and seems he would be somewhat in or on the outskirts of the inner circle of events having messaged Hancock & Adams.
Washington arrives in Boston a few months later in July 1775, and the Siege of Boston doesn't begin until March of 1776.
I'm wondering if there are any records of the two meeting in that time even informally. Thanks
