Where to learn about the Roman Triumphs of Caesar?

by Radiant_Entertainer9

I’ve been assigned a School Project on Caesar’s 4 Triumphs and I am very curious where to find more knowledge about them. I’ve been listening to some podcasts, reading some books, and watching plenty of videos. I’d just like to know where to learn more, it’s a topic which intrigues me greatly.

It's usually called "the quadruple triumph" in English. That name might help your search.

The usual sources to check would be Suetonius, Plutarch, Cassius Dio, and Appian. There may be something in Cicero's letters, but since there are 1000ish letters I can't claim familiarity with all of them.

Modern scholarship would include Meier, Gelzer, Goldsworthy, among others.

Since this is a school project, I don't want to do more than to point you to some texts. But here you have some primary sources and some scholarship. I hope they will help.
