Adding a bit of extra context: this is for an environment design assignment. I have mine setting for the beginning of the ottomans/fall of the Byzantine so I’m trying to collect a visual library of more iconic homes, especially with historical interiors. So far I can only find homes like in Cappadocia, which have been renovated inside, and palaces/other monuments. I’m trying to find more examples of different types of homes, especially ones which would have more iconic design of either empire than a mud home built into a mountain.
