Are you wondering about this because of the similarity of the term "Gutian" (ππΎππ ) and the North Germanic tribe called the "Gutes" which inhabited the isle of Gotland? If so, the answer is definitively "no." The Gutians came from (we think) the mountains east of Mesopotamia, about 2600 BCE, and the Gutes did not come 'round until 2000 years later and 3500km distance. It is just a coincidence of spelling in English, and they are completely unrelated. Though we don't know much about the Gutian language, it is not even clear if it was Indo-European, despite efforts to connect it with Tocharian (the timelines don't work well).
