When reporting rule breaking posts or comments is it more helpful to be specific in the report?

Looking for a bit of clarification on the Rules Roundtable XXIV: What Can a Non-Flair Do to Help?

Sometimes they cross more than one line so it isn’t clear what to actually report them for, does this actually matter to the mods?

If the reason is breaks a rule is fairly clear.... it isn't too important which it ought to be reported for, we'll likely be able to figure it out even if it wasn't the best report reason. If you are specifically reporting an answer that might pass a brief sniff-test, but you feel has deeper, conceptual issues, in that case being as specific as possible in a custom report is always helpful on our end as it tells as what to specifically zero in on from the start, rather than beginning at square one in our assessment.

If you report the question and don't think that one of Reddit's automated reasons is the best response, use an open-ended one. Thanks.
