I was thinking about this the other day. We have to cook our meats, and even then there are some things we weren't made to eat that we do and got used to (milk from cows). What about before controlled fire? How did we as a race survive before that?

Also a comment said there was a US Civil Peace flag with basically inverted colors, but the only link I found was kind of shady. Anyone know anything about that?

I didn't hear much except that he said the Supreme Court Ruling on marriage is similar to a ruling that started WWI. What on earth is he talking about? Or is this guy just crazy.

My sources tell me the US certainly had the resources to see the treaty enforced. I've seen cases of the failure being noted, yet spinned as not poor policy. So, how?

Especially routes leading to rural areas and specifically in Ontario. There are still some trains that travel between major cities, but now all the old logging tracks are just snowmobile and atv trails. Can anyone provide some insight into this? I feel like it would have been good to at least keep the tracks down for potential future use as new train technology evolves - such as magnetic propulsion. A few years ago they brought the train back that goes from Toronto to Barrie. I am hoping to see more of this in the future.

As a Canadian, I fully understand the capabilities of the Canadian army and Canadian soldiers up until 1944 and their vast accomplishments in other campaigns during WWII, but why was the 3rd Canadian Division given the task of storming Juno Beach versus American or British forces, both of which could've fielded another division to take the beachhead?
