I hear whiners always complaining that the trade federations blockade of Naboo was illegal. How do we know all their ships hyper drives didn't just break down? and besides my understanding is that the jedi who came to settle the dispute never even arrived.

It just seems so odd. Bears love meat, especially fish. By all accounts, these bears lived in a wood with easy access to streams, rivers, and the domains of small, innocent forest creatures they could kill, consume, and use to decorate their cottage.

But if the sources are to be believed, they only ate porridge! Is this the truth, or is it simply revisionism by the anti-hunting crowd? Or something else?

I mean, everyone's stranded on earth with no food and everyone else is cut off from the galaxy.

So I'm a runner and I've had to delt with chafing, but during a run I thought how did elite mercenary troops to basic peasant levies deal with them

I'll be beginning a large research project at my university in the coming days. As an Anthropology student, I hold a very strong interest in how cultural shifts effect other things, and how those things will, in turn, turn around to change those very same cultural trends. So I thought this would be a fitting topic of study.

I won't ask you to do all my research for me, but this is a fairly large topic, and I would really appreciate some tidbits of information to get me started and to push me in the right direction.

(If you have any pointers on some online resources I can use to further my research, that would be greatly appreciated as well!)

The Quarians created the Geth and their loss of their own home-world is their own responsibility. Surely the Council could find a new world or help support the migrant fleet in exchange for their technological skill, a large monetary reward later and their own loyalty. Instead the councils policy has alienated the Quarians and forced them to trade with the less than reputable elements of galactic society. If the Quarians eventually claim a world and begin to grow again, they would show only disdain for the Council that betrayed them.

What was the rationale behind this policy?

Wouldn't a giant gorilla would be too risky to import due to potential risk of ecological contamination?

After Atlas was thrown into disarray with the assassination of General Knoxx, why was there such resistance towards Hyperion bringing order and civilisation to Pandora?

Did Guilder have oil resources? Had they previously tried to assassinate the King of Florin? What am I missing?
