In Spanish, dieze, once, doce, trece (10,11,12,13,...), ...but start at 16 we get dieceseis, diecesiete, until diecenueve for 19...so 16-19 having diece in their word

In german for 10, 11, 12, you have zehn, elf, zwolf, and starting at 13 you have dreizehn, vierzehn...until neunzehn for 19, again, 13-19 having zehn in their name

I looked at French, and 16-19 all use a dix for 10 in their names

I've been studying the Russian Revolution, and the topic of ethnic minorities comes up often. I've always thought of the Ukraine as historically similar to Russia, and I've assumed that Kievan Rus is Russia's historical beginnings.
